After Aperion Management LLC, a New York-based middle-market private equity firm, acquired Tricon Works and Diamondback Works, it turned to BIC Recruiting to find a CEO to lead the blending of the businesses and assist in future acquisitions.
The search was a success, and Aperion hired Roger Gossett as CEO of Diamondback, Tricon Works and Tricon Holdings.
