Dooley Tackaberry fills project sales and estimation role with BIC
With today’s competitive job market, finding the right candidate for a position can be complex and time consuming for both employers and job seekers. This is where recruiting companies come in. They act as intermediaries, helping to connect talented individuals with the right job opportunities.
Dooley Tackaberry’s VP of Global Project Sales Jonathan Sharpe chose to work with BIC Recruiting to find top talent with expertise in project sales and global markets to support the company’s growth. “I have used BIC Recruiting before since they’re well known in the industry,” Sharpe said. “BIC has a great number of options and a lot of great candidates.”
Ultimately, there was one candidate who stood out the most: Jayce Hutchins. Hutchins discovered BIC Recruiting through “Hire Aggies” as a recent graduate from Texas A&M University. “I wanted a place where I could be connected like family,” Hutchins said. “After interviewing with Dooley Tackaberry, I realized that was it.”
Hutchins’ new role in project sales and estimation will involve working on both large and small projects alongside project managers, as well as handling estimation, design and drafting tasks.
“Jayce is doing well and moving up a lot faster than we planned,” noted Sharpe. “He fits right in with the team.”
